(Most of the time it takes just a few minutes) The link will be active for 24 hours. If you need to download it again after 24 hours, you can do so by clicking the same link, that will trigger the system to email you a new download link which will be active for another 24 hours.

My personal recommendation is that you hang your embroidery wall art away from direct sun light and if at all possible under glass to avoid dust being collected.
I highly recommend getting a custom embroidery frame if it is something you can afford.

All “Embroider By Number” kits are sold on pre-order basis and each listing will details pre-order period and the last shipping date. Typically I am able to ship out all kits 2 weeks after the last pre-order day.

All items are shipped from United Kingdom.

Statistics show that untracked shipping is just as reliable as tracked when price difference between the two is significant, in some cases tracked shipping costs 3 times more than untracked.

International kit orders (depending on the country) are mostly shipped tracked and take around 1-2 weeks. In rare cases it may take up to 12 weeks, so please try not to contact me if you haven’t received your package within this period of time.

Please note: even though all measures are taken to reduce the risk of customs charging extra fees upon delivery, this is never a guarantee due to different countries having different laws they comply with. Responsibility to pay those fees always falls on the customer.
